The Poggio di Camporbiano farm was founded in 1988 by a group of friends who have always shared a love and respect for nature. The 200 hectares of the farm are immersed in an unspoilt landscape, on the border between Gambassi Terme and San Gimignano, characterised by wooded hills and nature reserves.

Voted to organic and biodynamic agriculture, at Poggio di Camporbiano we cultivate and breed following the rhythms and needs of plants and animals, without the use of chemicals and antibiotics, guaranteeing a balanced and sustainable environment.

The goats and cows are their faithful companions, free to roam the vast meadows set aside for their grazing. They feed only on fodder grown on the farm: hay and grass in abundance, along with barley and bran.

Organic farming in Camporbiano is not just compliance with the regulations in force, it is a direction and a choice of life that is reflected in the work on the land and in animal husbandry.

The wide range of products goes from dairy products to vegetables, from cereals to fruit, from olive oil to honey, all of unquestionable quality and genuineness. Even in processing, no additives, colouring agents or preservatives are used.
