Wines of the Chianti hills of Gambassi Terme

The Gasparri family’s Azienda Agricola Santa Lucia has been involved in wine and olive oil for generations. More than 120 hectares of Chianti and IGT vineyards are harvested each year, offering quality wines made using strictly natural methods.

The farm is home to more than 4,000 olive trees, cultivated with care and professionalism, which produce a fine extra virgin olive oil.

The variety of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo olives – carefully hand-picked – and the subsequent cold pressing give the extra virgin olive oil that balanced and unmistakable taste typical of ancient olive oil traditions.

The winery can be visited by appointment. Tastings are also organized here. The winery’s products can also be tasted and purchased at its three stores in Empoli, Volterra and Aulla.
