Organic farming in Gambassi
La Taverna Farm is organic and family-owned.
It produces saffron, herbs, pearl spelt, jams, vegetables and chili peppers.
At the Taverna, the land is cultivated with respect for natural cycles and healthy products typical of Tuscan tradition are harvested. They also produce extra virgin olive oil and artisanal spelt beer.
Maria Elena and her family will be happy to tell you the secrets of their productions and if you want you can stop by and taste or buy their specialties!
