The ABC’s of Tuscan Cooking

Together with the Corbuccis to prepare some typical Italian dishes, paired with wines from the family winery.
During the Cooking class we will talk about Italian cuisine, food and convivial customs of our country.
The menu and program of the cooking class include the preparation of great classics: bruschetta, handmade pasta, meat sauce and tiramisu.
In three hours you will test simple recipes that are sure to impress. It starts with the basics!
